  1.  No signup costs: Our Starter subscription package has a free lifetime availability allowing you to come and get your feet wet with no risk.
  2. An additional revenue stream: Just consider that if major retail brands didn’t have their products in every supermarket, would they make as much money? Shoplyft provides your store with an additional place to sell your product.
  3. Easily import your products: We provide an importer for CSV/XML files so you can easily import the products from your store to our platform.
  4. We do the heavy lyfting: Your job is to upload your products and manage your store, we will do the marketing and advertising bringing the customers right to your doorstep. We have no problem with you advertising your own website, physical location and social media platforms. There is enough market share for everybody, handle your business.
  5. You are aiding a good cause: 1.5% of sales fees that we process from every transaction will be donated to an NPO called “Givers of Good”. The main vision for the establishment of Shoplyft, was as a social enterprise to fund this NPO and promote good works such as charity, community development, fighting against abuse, etc.

  2. Fill in the registration form and click "Register Store"
  3. Complete the checkout process
  4. You will have immediate access to the vendor dashboard upon registration but you will not be allowed to upload any products until we have verified your documents and/or payment.
  5. You may verify your account from the "Vendor Verification" tab on your vendor dashboard
  6. Once we have received your documents, we will approve your vendor profile and you will be able to start selling immediately.
  1. Scroll down to the Registration form at the bottom of the page.
  2. Fill in your details and choose the Gold Annual subscription pack from the dropdown list.
  3. You will be redirected to the checkout process.
  4. The Gold Coupon will automatically be applied and you will not be charged.
  5. Complete checkout process.
  6. Once registered, you will need to verify your account within 2 weeks or lose your Gold subscription.
  7. You may verify your account from the Vendor Verification tab on your vendor dashboard.

Note: This is promotional and is only available for a limited time. 

After registering as a vendor, all that's required is to submit some documentation in order to properly verify your account.

 

Once the documents have been verified, we will enable your account for selling and you may begin adding and selling your products immediately.

If you are a new business or considering selling products, you may send us a message and we will review your proposal.

 

If your proposal is accepted, you may begin selling on our platform. This will be done on a case by case basis.

Due to strict regulations and to prevent criminal activities, upon creation of your store profile, we will require certain documentation:

  1. Valid South African Identification document or Passport of the main representative registered with Shoplyft.
  2. For CIPC registered businesses, a Notice of Incorporation or Business Registration Certificate.
  3. For Non-Registered businesses, proof of business ownership will be required such as Social Media accounts associated with your brand. The person registering on Shoplyft would also have to be an admin on those social media accounts pages.
  4. Bank statement showing the account details that will be used for paying your store earnings. This should reflect the name of the business or registered user associated with the vendor account on Shoplyft.

Yes, your vendor account as simply an addition to your Shoplyft customer account. As a vendor, you have access to both Vendor & Customer Dashboards which can be accessed from the top menu.
